Conference Registration
Registration for the 2025 conference is now open! Don’t miss your chance join in the celebration of SCOLT’s 60th anniversary and learn with colleagues around the region. The registration and payment deadline is March 1, 2025. All registration after that date must be completed on-site, at the conference.
Conference Schedule
The schedule at a glance is posted below. The schedule of Friday/Saturday sessions will be available in January. There is an amazing selection of optional, pre-conference workshops! Consider adding workshops to your conference registration to deepen your learning and enhance the conference experience.

Session Proposals
The session proposal window has closed. The deadline was October 14. The Program Committee cannot accept late proposals. All those who submitted a proposal will be notified by early November.
Conference Location
The 2025 conference will be held at the Sheraton Music City in Nashville, TN, March 20-22. The conference rate is $179/night plus taxes and fees. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel guests. The conference block of rooms typically fills early. Book your room now!
Program Cover Contest
Calling all student artists! Encourage your students to submit artwork for the conference program cover. The cover art must relate to and include the conference theme. The deadline to submit is January 15. See all rules and submission information here.

2024 SCOLT/FLAG/SEALLT Conference
The 2024 SCOLT/FLAG/SEALLT conference in Atlanta, GA was a huge success! Thank you to all participants who made the event the best it could be. The great learning, camaraderie, and collaboration were evident throughout the event and the location was perfect. 2025 Conference Registration Rates
Deadline: March 1, 2025
Registration (includes Friday lunch/coffee and snack breaks):
- $190 Presenter/SCOLT Sponsor or Patron
- $215 Regular Attendee registration
- $90 Full-time student/”Best of” state presenters
- $150 Saturday only
Other Rates
- $50 In-person optional workshops
- $250 On-site registration, no lunch included
Note: Substitutions cannot be made for conference registration. If you register and later determine you cannot attend, you cannot pass your registration to another person. The cancelation policy is explained on the registration form.
